We are looking to grow our IT Team with an IT Support Specialist who is passionate about IT Systems, automation, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you’ll provide on-site IT Support to our team in Copenhagen and remote support to colleagues in Miami, but it will touch the sports community worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective on-site IT Support to our colleagues in the Copenhagen office and occasionally remote support for our Miami offices, addressing a range of technical issues on both PC, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Set up, configure, and maintain IT equipment, ensuring all hardware is prepared and ready for use.
• Manage system user cleanup, ensure users are onboarded and offboarded properly, and maintain system security and integrity.
• Develop and update technical documentation and guides to assist users in understanding and utilizing IT resources effectively.
• Service and maintain equipment in meeting rooms and common areas to ensure seamless operation during meetings and events.
• Participate in deploying new IT systems, contributing to planning, testing, and rollout phases.
• Monitor network traffic, Troubleshoot network issues, and maintain network equipment.
• Handle various IT-related tasks as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an IT Support role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong technical skills in both Windows, MacOS and Linux operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
