Main responsibilities:

• Corresponding to all incoming emails
• Entering sales orders
• Picking, packing, and shipping all orders
• Receiving/unloading merchandise from shipping containers
• Manage inventory stock, including but not limited to:
  • monthly stock check
  • ensuring there is no expired inventory in stock
  • maintaining our stock to allow us to ship our oldest inventory first
• Prepare and ship all demo instruments
• General warehouse duties
• Support the sales team with related tasks, as required
• Travel up to 30% of the time to deliver equipment for conference set up

Key qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift 30-50lbs
