Main responsibilities:
- Corresponding to all incoming emails
- Entering sales orders
- Picking, packing, and shipping all orders
- Receiving/unloading merchandise from shipping containers
- Manage inventory stock, including but not limited to:
- monthly stock check
- ensuring there is no expired inventory in stock
- maintaining our stock to allow us to ship our oldest inventory first
- Prepare and ship all demo instruments
- General warehouse duties
- Support the sales team with related tasks, as required
- Travel up to 30% of the time to deliver equipment for conference set up
Key qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 30-50lbs

Experience:
- Has 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination
