About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Pharmacovigilance and Safety. This is a leadership position that combines strategic oversight, business development, and team leadership. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our pharmacovigilance and safety functions across both clinical and post-marketing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on sales, marketing and client relationship management
• Drive strategic initiatives to develop PV and safety in both clinical trial and post-marketing settings.
• Grow the full-service safety solution and other key strategic initiatives
• Lead and oversee pharmacovigilance (PV) and safety operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to develop tailored safety solutions.
• Provide inspiring leadership to multidisciplinary teams, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in pharmacovigilance and safety across both clinical trial and post-marketing environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
• Background in CRO or consultancy settings is essential.
• Demonstrated success in business development, with a focus on sales and client engagement.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance regulatory compliance with business objectives.
