About this role
Join our dynamic Danish marketing team in Copenhagen and drive market growth! You’ll identify business opportunities, navigate challenges, and craft impactful strategies alongside the Country Head of Marketing.

These Are Some of the Key Ingredients to the Role

• Own the Danish marketing strategy end-to-end, collaborating with local leadership.
• Steer growth initiatives across partnerships, budget allocation, and customer retention.
• Identify market-specific opportunities using data, trends, and consumer insights.
• Execute cross-market initiatives aligned with the global marketing strategy.
• Develop annual brand marketing plans and deliver frequent business updates.
• Plan and execute 360° campaigns, from creative briefing to performance evaluation.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams (agency, digital, CRM, performance marketing).
• Monitor marketing budgets and key performance metrics.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment while supporting junior colleagues.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

• Fluent in Danish & English (written & spoken).
• 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, FMCG, or e-Commerce in Denmark.
• Commercial mindset with expertise in CRM and Performance Marketing.
• Strong ability to prioritize and drive results across multiple channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, analytical, and solution-oriented with a test-and-learn mindset.
• Strong strategic thinking, creative judgment, and project management skills.
