Project Manager Global Operations & Supply Chain · Lynge, Copenhagen Region, Denmark

The Project Manager will oversee and manage cross-functional projects aimed at improving the efficiency, cost effectiveness and resilience of WS Audiology’s global supply chain. This role will have a specific focus on the Returns and Repairs Programme, Terms and Conditions Track aimed at reducing cost of reverse logistics.

What you will do
Project Management & Execution

• Coordinate and manage supply chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Develop project plans, define scope, and establish key milestones and KPIs
• Monitor project timelines, risks and budgets, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices in supply chain operations
• Launch digital transformation and supply chain automation initiatives
• Leverage data analytics to improve demand planning, inventory management and supplier collaboration

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally within Operations and other functions to drive successful deployment of prgram.
• Provide regular project updates and strategic recommendations to senior management

Risk Management & Compliance

• Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, corporate policies, and sustainability goals

What you bring
Experience

• Extensive experience in supply chain or logistics project management
• Experience in process improvement, data analytics and digital transformation
• Experience of working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of supply chain risk management and regulatory compliance

• High-level analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently while ensuring collaboration across teams
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail and focus on execution
