We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Portfolio Sales Enablement function - Responsible for Marketing & Innovation to join our Portfolio Sales Enablement team, with a focus on Marketing & Innovation in the Nordic region.

About the role:
This is a newly created position – a development role, where you will be able to start your own journey within Siemens.

In this pivotal role, you will act as the critical link between global initiatives and local market needs, driving business growth and optimizing our product offerings. You will define comprehensive business marketing strategies and roadmaps for our full range of products and services, ensuring their success and alignment with the Nordic market to achieve SI Buildings growth and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for our product portfolio across the Nordic region.
  • Take responsibility for dedicated programs on a Nordic level within the Marketing community
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that global initiatives align with local market demands.
  • Create valuable assets along the complete customer journey: Together with communication experts, you orchestrate campaign and asset development across a network of contributors and stakeholders to push sales. Based on a value-based argumentation this includes digital and nondigital touchpoints, for example websites, social media campaigns, fairs & events, sales presentation and customer references.
  • Enable sales to win: You ensure that our sales know the best argumentation to win customer projects. This includes consolidation of market and customer value argumentations, competitive environment, and distribution of the knowledge via suitable channels as webinars, onsite trainings and online sales platforms.
  • Focus on the development of cohesive product, solution, and service offerings that maximize customer value.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A strategic thinking and the capability to develop, communicate, and champion the strategic vision for the business
  • Previous sales/marketing success in a business to business environment where understanding of the buildings management market gives you an appropriate, sound background
  • Enjoys working in a global environment and experienced in managing a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Good understanding of end customers’ behavior and ability to explain your area of expertise to non-experts
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English as well as proficient in one of the Scandinavian languages
  • Strong commercial focus and ability to drive growth through product and service innovation.
  • A proven ability to define strategies that blend market insights and technical expertise.
  • Team player who delivers results on time and in high quality
  • Effectively promotes innovation stages from ideation to implementation.
  • A successfully completed university degree in marketing and experience in marketing, product development, and/or business development, preferably within the Nordic market.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a strategic marketing position of solution value-based business
