Join 3Shape, a Copenhagen-based tech company focused on innovating digital dentistry. We’re looking for a Product Manager to manage and guide the development of our end-user-facing software, Unite.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with huge parts of the organization, both in HQ and the markets. You will work closely with R&D and Marketing to create solutions that support dentists from the first visit to final treatment. As an example, you will as Product Manager, define and prioritize product requirements, collaborate with software developers, project managers and UX designers and manage roadmaps. You’ll run agile processes, track performance, gather user feedback and translate needs into product improvements. You will promote the adoption of new features, regularly engage with stakeholders, and support go-to-market strategies. To stay close to our users, occasional travel to dental clinics is expected. Additionally, you’ll validate and demo new features while keeping up with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration.
• Deeply understand and articulate user needs, transforming them into viable, desirable and competitive products.
• Collaborate closely with R&D to ensure product specifications meet user requirements.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, aligning with strategic goals and market opportunities.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product alignment with user, market, and organizational needs.
• Develop and deliver compelling product presentations to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management (tech-related fields; dental industry experience is valued).
• Engineering background with a well-developed business mindset, or substantial product management experience without an engineering degree.
• Technically skilled with a creative problem-solving approach, able to translate customer and market needs into high-quality products.
• Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, balancing diverse interests and priorities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
