Associate Manager - Emendo Digital
Emendo digital is a consultancy unit specializing in Data and Analytics, Automation, Digital Transformation, and Software & App development. We work with clients across various industries, helping them harness the power of technology to drive innovation and achieve their business objectives.

We seek an experienced and dynamic Associate Manager to join our team in Nordhavn, Denmark. As an Associate Manager at emendo digital, you will play a key role in leading and managing a diverse team of data analysts, data engineers and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of data analysts, data engineers, developers, and project managers.
• Drive lead generation efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Own and manage client projects from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and propose innovative solutions to address their needs.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Data and Analytics, Automation, Digital Transformation, and Software & App development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5 years) in a managerial role, preferably in a consulting or technology firm.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their full potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Solid understanding of Data and Analytics, Automation, Digital Transformation, and Software & App development concepts and technologies.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Fluent in Danish and English (both written and spoken).
