German speaking Customer Support Advisor for Production Company

Advansor is looking for a German speaking Customer Support Advisor to become a part of an international team driven by finding the best customer solutions

Your role
Advansor makes high quality products and take great pride in serving our customers with highly qualified support as well. Our Customer Support team provide our customers, sales engineers, and regional sales with full support that meets or eceeds their epectations.

The Customer Support team consists of 6 dedicated colleagues from different nationalities. The team is well- functioning and has a strong focus on service, collaboration and optimization of workflows and processes.

We are looking for new team member, who is fluent communicating in German. However, our corporate language is English, and therefore, it is also a requirement that you can communicate in English both orally and in writing. We strive to support all our customers on local language and for this reason it will therefore be an advantage if you speak one or more other languages.

You will report to our Customer Support Manager and be based at our head office in Brabrand, Aarhus.

Main tasks
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:

• Handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
• Register orders from customers into our systems
• Handling inquiries on telephone and email
• Give advice about shipping and deliveries, as well as support and order follow-up
• Handle issues in the best interest of both the customer and Advansor
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s eperience
• Furthermore, the customer support department acts as back-up to the entire sales organization, and support departments throughout the organization

Your background
We imagine you have an education within administration, sales, or trade and preferably some eperience with similar tasks or an internship within an international company. We epect you have a strong sense for customer service and customer satisfaction driven by ensuring high customer service and long-term relations.

As a person you have a high degree of empathy and connect with customers and colleagues in a pleasant, patient, and friendly manner. Further you have good organizational skills, you are quality-minded and pay great attention to detail. You enjoy working on a variety of tasks, but you are also happy to take on more routine tasks. You are a true team player with high work ethics, and you to are able to work and make decisions in a busy environment.

Salary is decided based on your qualifications.
