Your mission
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting existing customers with order management, license administration, and contract management. You will work closely with our sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. For the right person, this role could develop into a more commercial position with sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist existing customers with orders, renewals, and administrative tasks related to their licenses and contracts.
• Provide excellent customer service and proactive support to ensure client needs are met.
• Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with field sales and marketing teams to optimize customer retention and satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and Secomea’s product offerings.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer support, or administrative roles.
• Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, OT, IoT, or industrial automation is a plus.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM systems. Being familiar with Salesforce is an advantage
• Fluency in Danish and English; additional languages are a plus.
