About your future role
You will act as a talent acquisition expert responsible for the effective end-to-end management of the hiring process in the Nordic countries. Your role is to actively support a high volume of positions, maintain a robust candidate pipeline, cultivate long-term candidate relationships, and act as an Ambassador to promote the Nexi Group brand. We act as a trusted advisor to our business stakeholders guiding them with TA knowledge, insights and expertise on the external markets as well as providing them with regular updates
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Set up and lead meetings with the internal Stakeholders to understand the role
- Provide market insights related to the role
- Develop a sourcing strategy
- Conduct evaluation interviews with your identified talents
- Ensure a timely hiring process with end-to-end responsibility for the Nexi process.
- Manage the offer creation including Workers Council hearings (where required)
- Successfully close the position with the desired candidates

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- Diploma or Masters degree in Business or HR-related topics
- Proactive sourcing experience
- 360 Talent Attraction expertise and a well-established European network specifically in the Nordic countries
- Fluency in a Nordic language/s and business English

- Collaborative and with a customer mindset
- Hands-on and able to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Willing to work in a virtual team and assist your colleagues or hiring managers.
- Digitally savvy
- Can deal with ambiguity and coordinate the work of multiple roles to ensure efficient processes with high-quality
