About the job
We’re currently looking for engineers to join the Global 2nd Line Service Team in DEIF. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary technical expert, providing top-tier support to customers, partners, and internal teams. Your role will include consulting customers and partners in pre- and after-sales activities in complex cases, driving service improvements, and ensuring close collaboration between Service and Sales.

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for intricate inquires, and act as functional driver for larger development projects" explains Daniel Sandgaard.
Main responsibilities and tasks
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for complex customer cases
- Build structures (tools and ways of working) and foster global cooperation between teams and empower regions
- Manage big troubleshooting issues and drive product quality issues through R&D and suppliers
- Cooperate with Product Management and R&D to ensure feedback loops from markets
- Manage the development of new products from a service perspective and anchor the knowledge in all our subsidiaries
- Strengthen cooperation between Service and Sales and engage in pre- and after-sales activities
The preferred working place is based in Skive, Denmark. Danish language skills are an advantage but not required. If you bring a lot of relevant experience, we are also open to hire in a hybrid or remote setup.
What you’ll bring
- A background in electrical engineering, marine engineering or similar
- Some experience in a role as Service Engineer, Application Engineer or similar
- Experience with Power Management, PLC programming and/or with protection devices will be an advantage
- Fluent to speak and write in English
- Strong interest in using various digital tools
