Then you might be just the one we are looking for to strengthen our L'Oréal Luxe team as new the Nordic Consumer Engagement Director based in Copenhagen.

Your Mission...
As the Consumer Engagement Director you will be the strategic architect of a comprehensive, data-driven engagement strategy across all activation channels, with a strong emphasis on Media, Advocacy & Influence and CRM. Your goal is to fuel business growth, brand love as well as ambitious brand ranking objectives through innovative and impactful consumer experiences. You will be part of the new Luxe CMO team and reporting to the Nordic Chief Marketing Officer.

You Will...

  • Develop & Implement 360° Engagement Strategies: Craft and execute integrated multi-channel consumer engagement strategies encompassing Media, A&I, Content, and Lifecycle Marketing. Align these strategies with division and brand objectives, anchored in targeted KPIs.
  • Spearhead Data-Driven Decision-Making flow: Translate consumer data and insights into actionable hypotheses for the Consumer 360 Strategy. Define audience segments, prioritize targets, design impactful activities, and identify key consumer touchpoints and channels to maximize brand growth. Work hand-in-hand with BU Operational Marketing teams and Business Planning & Sales Performance teams.
  • Frame A&I & Media Strategy Development: Define and champion A&I & Media strategies tailored to specific categories and consumer audiences. Collaborate closely with brand teams to identify synergies, monitor performance, analyze competitor activities, and develop impactful multi-brand activations, including those tailored for key retail touchpoints.
  • Own DCR (CRM) division strategy and vision. Collaborating with both brand & retail teams develop CRM vision & strategy for the division, champion loyalty programs vision as well as comprehensive O+O leads acquisition and activation.
  • Budget Optimization & Resource Allocation: Oversee budget allocation across Media, A&I, Content, and Lifecycle Marketing. Optimize the divisional budget to maximize ROI and impact, including the management of multi-brand campaign budgets.
  • Strive for Performance Optimization: together with CMO/CDMO/brand A&I teams frame continuous monitoring, analysis, and reporting on the performance of consumer engagement campaigns. Diffuse data-driven insights, optimize strategies to maximize ROI, and demonstrate the tangible impact of A&I initiatives on business objectives.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and guide the consumer engagement team. Foster strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation, ensure alignment on data-driven practices, and create a culture of excellence. Own Consumer Engagement divisional upskilling plan and together with other CMO team members supports divisional digital upskilling process.

Your Profile...

  • Strategic Visionary: A proven leader with a deep understanding of consumer engagement principles and a passion for building brand love. Proven ability to drive the change by developing comprehensive consumer engagement vision and onboarding of a broad multifunctional team.
  • Media Multi-Channel Expertise: 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including digital, social media, influencer marketing, content marketing, and experiential marketing.
  • A&I Advocate: A strong understanding of Advocacy & Influence principles and experience in leveraging these to drive brand growth.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Analytical thinker with a strong ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies and measurable results.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Budget Management: Proven ability to manage and optimize budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Strong track record of leading, motivating and developing high-performing teams.
