Senior Account Executive – Leasing
Connected Cars is working on an ambitious project to connect millions of car owners with their vehicles by hooking into the on-board diagnostics available in every modern car, and we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Senior Account Executive to join us on that journey.

The position
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our enterprise sales efforts towards leasing companies. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer prospects from the initial meeting all the way to contract signature. Our approach is grounded in modern enterprise SaaS sales processes that prioritise building lasting relationships and delivering value to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers within the Automotive Leasing industry.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our enterprise software and its value proposition.
- Conduct digital meetings and presentations with customer prospects to articulate our solutions’ benefits effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the commercial team to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
- Engage in consultative selling, understanding customer pain points, and tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Map customer stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers to establish strong relationships at all levels – and document in our CRM system
- Support customers in building business cases for the integration of our products into their businesses
- Effectively navigate a sales cycle with durations of 6-12 months, demonstrating patience and persistence while maintaining and mapping a detailed plan for how to move the account forward
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in our CRM system.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Product Team to enhance their understanding of how our products are used by car importers and dealers. Generate ideas for product improvements based on customer feedback and real-world usage.
- Work closely with the Market Research, Business Development and Marketing Team to refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and contribute to the development of Business Development sequences tailored to customer prospects.
- Partner with our Customer Management team to provide insights and recommendations on how to better integrate our Customer Success efforts with our customers’ unique ways of working, ensuring that our solutions deliver ongoing value throughout the customer lifecycle.
Success Targets:
- Leverage your existing network (or build new network) to identify and engage prospect customers.
- Secure 3-5 contracts annually, bringing them to the signature stage.
The successful candidate will have/ be
- Proven success in a similar position selling in to Enterprise B2B.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organised.
- Willingness to travel as needed (primarily within Europe).
- Ideally having an existing network within the Automotive Leasing industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Professional verbal and written English skills
- Strong understanding of modern enterprise sales processes.
