Join our dynamic Merchandising team as a Senior Merchandiser and play a pivotal role in shaping our product assortments, optimizing stock levels, and aligning strategies with business goals. As a Senior Merchandiser at Boozt, you will be the key advisor to the buying team. By taking ownership of assigned product categories, you will ensure our selection reflects market trends and customer preferences while maximizing profitability and minimizing inventory risks. Your expertise will be key in refining assortments, analyzing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and execute category plans to drive growth and profitability
• Analyse brands & category performance and provide recommendations on purchasing quantities and pricing
• Optimize stock levels to balance demand and supply efficiently, minimizing inventory risks
• Analyze daily sales data to evaluate campaigns, refine product assortments and identify key opportunities
• Act as a trusted advisor to the buying team, providing insights to improve decision-making
• Collaborate closely with Buying, Supply Chain & Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies
• Lead, train, and mentor team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture

YOUR PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience in merchandising, forecasting, or a similar industry
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills - ensuring data-driven decision-making
• Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, innovative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic and hands-on – you set ambitious goals and execute them with precision
• Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language
  

To excel in this role, you should have a deep numerical understanding, a results-driven approach, and the ability to take initiative. We are looking for someone who enjoys driving ideas forward and working toward ambitious targets in a dynamic setting. You also have a strong commercial acumen with the ability to adapt quickly to market changes and business needs.
