To succeed in the role, you:

  • have preferred 3+ years of experience in quantitative modeling in US power markets and experience in a trading environment or equivalent
  • possess a bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as computer science, statistics, applied math, physics, or a related field (Masters or Doctorate preferred).
  • are analytical with the ability to provide precise and solid insights, identify causes and conditions, structure action plans, and propose and explain to internal stakeholders
  • are resourceful, with the ability to use a variety of tools, data sources, and systems, and have an inherent curiosity to procure and test new resources

  • possess strong commercial capabilities, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills, and an understanding of renewable generation technology, especially solar and battery storage.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
