UX & Design Star (internship) - IMPACT

ABOUT THE STARSHIP
At IMPACT, we consider our interns our new STARS. Therefore, we offer you the opportunity for a versatile Starship (internship), providing you the chance to utilize your academic learnings in a professional setting, developing your professionalism, and creating a natural bridge between the classroom to the future job market.

You will become part of the UX & Design Team, who will be able to assist you, creating a learning environment to support your professional as well as personal learning journey. By joining us, you will be able to use your skills within the area of design thinking and user-centered design, and your primary assignments will include:

• Interviews and tests
• Customer journeys and opportunity mapping
• Concept development Wireframes and prototypes to clients and colleagues
• Usability and accessibility reviews
• Arrange and facilitate workshops.

During the Starship, you will have your own development plan designed in accordance with your study program, which will help to ensure your growth in a professional and fun social work environment. Our experience is that you get the most out of the starship if you can work 37 hours a week, beginning from medio August or September 1st 2025.

YOUR PROFILE
We are first and foremost looking for a Star, who would like to be challenged and is ready to learn in a dynamic and practical work environment. You are curious, openminded, and ready to learn. In addition, we imagine you are studying for a candidate degree in Digital Design, Information Studies, Interaction Design or similar user-centered educations, and that you can bring your learnings into play in a meaningful way on client projects. At last, we are looking for a team member, who can contribute to a fun and healthy culture at IMPACT.
