Working alongside our global People & Culture community and the global Leadership & Organisational Development team, your contributions will leave a lasting impact across 25,000 employees in 25 countries.

About the job

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Development Consultant to join our People & Culture department. In this role, you will be responsible for updating and driving people projects and programmes, combining your expertise with inputs from stakeholders globally to ensure our development initiatives are effective and relevant.

Key Responsibilities

In collaborations with your colleagues, you will:

• Lead global activities and programmes
• Drive and consolidate the global training and learning offerings, including “train the trainer" activities and promotional campaigns
• Drive Falck’s performance talks and lead the succession planning process
• Collect feedback to optimise and improve training offerings
• Serve as a subject matter expert in training and learning methodologies
• Make presentations for executive management
• Implement and maintain Falck's global leadership development programmes in collaboration with local training managers

Examples of projects you’ll lead:

• Collaborate with local implementation managers to support the roll-out of people offerings
• Lead the succession planning process
• Drive the set-up for Falck’s performance talks
• Consolidate and promote all training offerings globally
• Adjust and prepare training material, content, and playbooks to meet local needs
• Coordinate training plans, roll-out and translations to local languages
• Participate in or run strategic leadership development and organizational development projects

About you We are looking for a proactive, self-driven, and adaptable Senior Global People & Development Consultant who thrives in a dynamic environment. You are passionate about driving meaningful change and have the ability to execute projects from start to finish. You excel in building strong relationships and collaborating with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Project Management Expertise: Proven experience managing learning and development initiatives, from concept to execution
• Stakeholder Engagement: A track record of building strong relationships and managing stakeholders across various cultures and business levels
• Adaptability: A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage
• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in HRM, Organizational Development, Leadership, or a similar field. Knowledge in leadership development is a plus
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in large corporations, particularly in HR development or organizational change

​Your primary workplace will be our global headquarter in Sydhavnen, Denmark, with the benefit of working from home 1-2 days a week. ​
