As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll bridge the gap between our AI-powered tools and the e-commerce businesses that rely on them. You’ll ensure smooth integrations, troubleshoot issues, and help customers get real value from our solutions.

Your Role:
- Project Management – Take ownership of implementations from start to finish.
- Client Collaboration – Understand customer needs and ensure seamless integration of Clerk.io into their platform.
- Technical Expertise – Use your HTML and CSS knowledge to assist with integrations and troubleshoot issues.
- Debugging & Reporting – Identify, analyze, and report technical issues to the product team.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to enhance the customer experience.
About You:
- Tech-Savvy – You have basic coding skills (HTML & CSS) and a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Project Manager – You can take a project from start to finish efficiently.
- Problem-Solver – You understand how to debug, document issues, and provide structured feedback to the product team.
- Excellent Communicator – You confidently interact with clients, manage expectations, and explain technical concepts in a simple way.
- Independent & Organized – You thrive in a remote setting and manage your time effectively.
