About the role
As a Junior Account Executive, you will be working alongside our Growth team. We are looking for multiple hires, so we can expand the team across all the markets we are working on. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify and source leads based on our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
- Cold call prospects with value-based proposition for our personalization platform
- Directly close deals with relevant stakeholders in a B2B setting while also nurturing your sales pipeline
We are looking for someone with an aptitude for sales.
Someone who places customers first and understands that we want to, first and foremost, make business with people who can get value from our products.
Someone who is curious about every aspects of the job.

Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience with B2B sales is highly valued
- Native or fluent in English
- Any other relevant European language to close deals with prospects in specific markets is highly valued
- Excellent communication skills
- Being familiar with CRMs is a plus
Our offer:

-> Start from 25.000 DKK base salary plus commissions. OTE will double your base salary.
-> Upon reaching or exceeding your target for three consecutive months, you can move to a higher base salary with an increased sales target associated with it.
-> You don't have to progress through every small step on the ladder: if you deliver twice the amount of what you should in the same three months period, then your base salary will also double!
