About the role
We are looking for an instrumentation engineer to join our Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) department. Here you’ll join a team of 40 dedicated engineers with a passion for developing digital instrumentation and communication network for process control systems in the pharma industry.
As a team, we are specialized in electrical engineering, specifications, tender preparations, supervision and test of process equipment and components. In this position you will bring your solid knowledge about electrical instrumentation for production process control and verification into play in your daily work. Moreover, you’ll have key role in developing new solutions and technologies for pharmaceutical facilities.

How you might spend your days
As Instrumentation Junior Engineer, you’ll:
- Assist in designing and developing Fieldbus networks and RTUs for current and upcoming projects.
- Design, acquire, and implement various sensors, actuators, control solutions, and backbone network equipment for systems such as HMI, CCTV, printers, and junction boxes.
- Commission, test, qualify, and validate electrical instrument solutions.
- Create wiring diagrams and design documentation.
- Collaborate with vendor and client representatives to carry out validation activities.
- Actively participate in cross-disciplinary project teams, sharing knowledge and ideas.

The miles you’ve walked

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Marine, Service Engineering, or a similar field, possibly with experience in automation and electrical control system design.
- Relevant knowledge in designing and building industrial automation solutions for the pharmaceutical, food, marine, oil & gas, or equivalent industries.
- Proficiency in systems design, sensor specification, product integration, and systems testing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and document technical requirements effectively.
Expertise in the following areas is considered an advantage:
- Process and automation control systems (e.g., pressure and level transmitters, temperature and flow meters, SCADA, HMI, digital networks, and PLC systems).
- Experience with P&ID, PC schematics, and the preparation and review of engineering design documentation.
