About the Role
We are seeking a Product Engineer to join our technical team, responsible for maintaining and optimizing technical data used in PCB production. This role requires close collaboration with internal production teams and external customer design engineers to ensure manufacturability, resolve technical questions (EQs), and support high-performance PCB solutions.

The ideal candidate is technically proficient in PCB manufacturing or design and thrives in a fast-paced environment, solving complex challenges in the pursuit of on-time delivery, quality excellence, and sustainable production practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage technical data to support efficient and accurate PCB production.
• Collaborate with production teams and customer design engineers to resolve Engineering Queries (EQs).
• Field and respond to technical inquiries from internal teams, customers, and manufacturing partners.
• Evaluate and optimize PCB designs for manufacturability, ensuring compliance with production capabilities and quality standards.
• Support sustainable manufacturing practices, aligning with NCAB’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, procurement, and global production partners to drive technical solutions that meet customer expectations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Technical background with familiarity in PCB manufacturing, production, or design.
• Strong understanding of PCB materials, stack-ups, and impedance control is a plus.
• Ability to analyze technical data, drawings, and production documentation.
• Experience in DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and working with PCB fabricators is beneficial.
• Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical information between internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a customer-focused environment.
