Quality Process Specialist

Process, Quality, Development and Documentation:

As part of Svanehøj’s QEHS team you will contribute to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality throughout the business. You play a crucial role in optimizing our processes and maintaining certifications, while at the same time increasing process maturity and knowledge of business process management within the organization.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Maintain Integrated Management System: Ensure our Integrated Management System (IPW) is consistently up-to-date and effective.
• Continuously develop and Report on KPIs: Contribute to monitoring Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (QEHS) Key Performance Indicators.
• Management Reviews and Audits Plan and participate in management reviews and audits, ensuring timely and effective follow-up on findings.
• Standardize Procedures and Templates: Work with document owners to develop a consistent structure and approach for new procedures and templates.
• Training: Train new employees in using the management system.
• Customer Assessments: Gather necessary input from stakeholders to complete customer assessments.
• Strategic Activities: Participate in defining strategic activities related to Business Process Management.
• Improvement Projects: Drive or participate in cross-functional process improvement projects.

Structured profile with good communication skills:

Your educational background might be within a technical or industrial field. Most importantly you have relevant experience administrating Quality Management Systems and working with Business Process Management.

As our new Quality Process Specialist, you also have:

• Knowledge and experience in working with the high-level structure of the ISO standards, and specific requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify bottlenecks and gaps and propose solutions.
• Documentation Skills using QMS or IMS tools (we use IPW).

As a person you are structured and analytical, and do not stand back from working cross-functionally. You have excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, and the ability to explain your work clearly and effectively to colleagues.
