Your new role
As our new Global Director for Internal & People Communications, you will be heading a global team of 6-8 communications experts managing and delivering engaging internal communication to 18,500 colleagues across the world. You will work closely together with your colleagues in Global Marketing & External relations as well as our Group executive team and senior HR organisation.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Manage and drive the internal communications agenda supporting our company strategy and people ambition
- Provide support and advice on internal communications to our Group Executive Board
- Engage the full communications organisation and corporate functions to secure alignment and engagement
- Manage and drive key internal communications processes such as our company internal communication cascade and annual Leadership Conference
- Drive communication, advocacy and campaigns relating to culture and people such as our values, EDI, well-being etc…
- Ensure communication and engagement related to major transformation and change initiatives
- Manage and drive the internal communications platform, incl. intranet, viva engage, newsletters etc…
- Lead a team of 6-8 internal communications experts
About you
You will be experienced in advising senior leaders, shaping, and executing internal communications strategies, and navigating a complex, international organisation.
You will have:
- Strong demonstratable experience of experience from a similar role, preferably from an international company or organisation
- Experience with working with internal communication at strategic and tactical level
- A proven track record of advising senior leaders and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
- Experience with delivering high-profile, large communication projects such as a conference for +1,000 leaders
- Experience with planning and delivering change communication
- A relevant academic degree, e.g. in corporate communications
- Experience with managing a team of dedicated communications professionals
- Proficient English skills, both written and spoken
