A strong and dedicated Transformation Office
You will become part of a newly established team of Transformation Senior Associates / Managers. We want to drive a holistic transformation agenda, meaning that you will also have a close collaboration with the Strategy team and Change Managers, to ensure cohesive and integrated execution of our Transformation initiatives. You will get exposure to a variety of tasks and gain a broad business understanding through engagement across multiple functions and business lines within our organization.

Create impact on our business transformation
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Transformation Office, your key tasks will be to:

• Partner with one of our three Business Areas (B2C, B2B and eMobility) and play an integrated part of the respective leadership teams, supporting and driving the strategic and transformative agenda within their business area
• Deliver major cross-functional transformation initiatives, in close cooperation with the other Transformation team members
• Support the strategy execution agenda and drive annual business planning processes, business critical initiatives and complex problem-solving initiatives
• Support the realization of strategic KPIs and benefits through effective governance, progress reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Create compelling presentation materials to aid decision-making at the executive leadership and Board level.

Are you characterized by a strategic mindset?
We are looking for someone with a strategic mindset, a great team-player and curiosity to help continuously improve the way we drive our transformation agenda within the Norlys Energi organization.

The successful candidate comes with a relevant master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration/ Management or a similar field, combined with professional experience.

This includes:

• 2-5 years of experience in management consulting or a similar role in the industry, with a proven track record in supporting strategy and transformation projects
• great business partnering skills and an ability to build a strong network within the organization
• an analytical and strategic mindset to work with complex problems and set a clear direction
• an ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• stellar communication skills to engage people around you
• experience within energy- or telco businesses, but it is not a requirement.
