APPLICATION ENGINEER FOR TECHNICAL AND SALES SUPPORT - REVERSE OSMOSIS

We are looking for an experienced Application Engineer for sales and technical supportto join our Commercial Engineering Reverse Osmosis (CERO) department. Ideally, the right candidate comes with industry and system design experience. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by providing technical support, conducting RO system performance projections, developing proposals with performance guarantees, and generating sales leads. Your expertise will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and and solidifying our position as a leader in the water technology industry.
Your responsibilities and tasks will include
- Technical Expertise
- Provide in-depth knowledge of industrial RO system design, operation, maintenance, and competitive landscape.
- Provide expert guidance on industrial 4” and 8” RO systems, resolving complex issues and offering tailored solutions through projections, consultations, and site visits.
- Maintain, validate, and optimize Aquaporin’s RO projection tool.
- Analyze internal and field test data and develop content for technical support documents such as technical bulletins, manuals, and case studies.
- Technical Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, prepare technical proposals, and deliver expert solutions in customer meetings.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships by providing exceptional service and training, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum B.Sc. degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental) or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the water treatment industry, with a strong focus on industrial RO systems.
- Proficiency in RO system performance projection and data normalization tools.
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex matters clearly and concisely
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
