We are looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Supply Chain Support

We are looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Supply Chain Supporter to join an international company’s supply chain team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will oversee the full order process—from receiving customer orders to final invoicing—while ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding service. Additionally, you will work extensively with large datasets in Excel to track and manage key supply chain metrics.Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Handling customer requests, credit notes, and issue resolution.
- Collaborating with internal teams to optimize supply chain processes.
- Monitoring and reporting on supply chain data using Excel.
- Preparing reports and supporting logistics operations.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

To be a great fit, you should have:
- Fluency in Finnish and professional proficiency in English.
- A good understanding of supply chain processes, particularly order-to-cash workflows.
- Experience with Excel and data analysis.
- Experience with SAP (a plus, but not required).
- A proactive and structured work approach, with the ability to multitask and adapt to challenges.

Practical Information
- Start Date: Mid april
- Working Hours: Full-time (37 hours/week), Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. Finnish customer support lines are open from 09:00 to 15:00.
- Employment Type: Temporary position (initially 6 months) with a strong possibility of extension or permanent employment for the right candidate.
