Position overview
The Process Support team consists of 15 committed and skilled employees. It is, among other things, our responsibility that our production processes and equipment are always in a validated state and are thus ready to produce on. Furthermore, it is our responsibility to define the environmental monitoring in our production facilities and ensure that cleanroom behavior is described as well as implemented. It is our responsibility to handle deviations related to our clean rooms, update instructions and procedures so that they meet current authority requirements along with driving and implementing, projects and continuous improvements.
Your role
Together with the rest of the team, you will be responsible for the daily support of our production facilities. You will learn our instructions and documentation in detail and gain a good overview of the processes.
For your workday, this means that you will be in close contact with the operators, cleaning staff and other stakeholders.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Participate in projects related to clean rooms
- Handling deviations related to environmental monitoring and clean rooms; includes close collaboration with operators, Technical Service, QC, QA, and others
- Contact to external cleaning provider
- Train colleagues to ensure compliance
- Improvement and optimization of our instructions
- Implementing ongoing improvements in the form of minor projects, CAPA, or change requests
- Review logbooks
You must be able to work in a structured and analytical manner, and to be successful in the job it is important to be able to collaborate with colleagues in different functions. You will also be a part of cross-functional projects, supporting development projects and the implementation of new products, processes, equipment and more.
About you

In addition, your CV contains:
- A relevant academic background; engineer, chemist, pharmacist or similar, preferably with experience from a production environment
- Experience with clean rooms, environmental monitoring in classified production facility
- Experience working with deviations, change requests and qualification of clean rooms
- Experience of working in a GMP-regulated environment
- Good written and verbal competencies in both Danish and English
