Then you might be our new Senior IT Manager that can be part of leading our passionate people in the Digital Solutions department.
Digital Solutions consist of 5 agile product teams and one enabler team that are responsible for delivering IT solution to Blue Water Shipping. The product teams collaborate closely with each other and our platform teams to help deliver IT to our internal business functions and external customers while securing a stable and efficient operations.
IT is primarily based at Blue Waters headquarter in Esbjerg, and has a small hub in Aarhus. You should be able to be in Esbjerg 2-3 days a week.
Ensuring the Right Capabilities
As a Senior IT Manager in the Digital solutions department, your role will be to ensure we have the right capabilities in our teams by developing and empowering team members, fostering a high-performance environment and managing our external vendors. You will join our Digital Solution leadership team, and you will work closely with our internal Product Owners and Scrum Masters to help build the right competences in the teams, as well as constantly raising the bar for how we create the best possible working conditions for our passionate people.

- Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure we have the right sourcing partners to complement our internal workforce
