Your role in our team
As our new Solution Manager in Surveillance and Mission Systems, you will be technically responsible for solutions and its third-party equipment. You will act as the technical link between our customers, the market, and Product Management, who owns the products within the solution, ensuring that customer needs and operational requirements are translated into well-integrated system solutions.

You will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle - from sales to delivery. In addition, you will support the sales organization with in-depth technical expertise and hold primary responsibility for ensuring the proposed solutions have the right design and are technically aligned with customer requirements.
Moreover, your responsibility will be within one or more of the following product solutions:

• C-Flex
• C-Guard
• T-react CIP (Critical Infrastructure Protection)

World-wide travelling to customer meetings, demonstrations must be expected.

How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:

• Technical sales support including understanding customer requirements and designing a solution matching customer need, participate in customer meetings and dialogues, performance calculations and site-surveys
• Responsibility for the solution including requirement input and coordination with R&D and Product Management, input to roadmaps in Product Management and produce high-level technical solution documentation
• Ensuring the solution “work” in cooperation with R&D and Product Management
• Planning and executing solution demonstrations in cooperation with sales
• Technical-commercial management of third-party equipment
• Project delivery following the project from sales to final delivery as the solution expert

Bring your world class expertise into play
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement

• You hold a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree within Engineering or other relevant education
• You should preferably have experience from Product Management
• You have basic knowledge of IT-systems, IP-networks and serial communication
• It will a plus if you have a background within defense, security, or working with defense customers

You have a strong ability to understand complex technical solutions and translate customer needs into clear technical requirements. You excel at presenting solutions and effectively engage with customers and stakeholders. You thrive in a dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and tight deadlines with agility and efficiency.
