Operational Lead – D&I

As our D&I Operational Lead, you are primarily responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery processes across our Data & Intelligence department and contributing to the implementation of our purposeful data strategy that will support our goals within AI, Business Intelligence, automation, advanced analytics and more.

We are not looking for a data specialist, but a versatile profile who brings an agile and strategic mindset, a structured approach, and the ability to effectively guide organizations through transformative projects.

The team you will be part of:
At our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark, you will join our DDI Data & Intelligence team – part of our global IT organization - and report to Vice President, Johan Stubbe Østergaard.

As part of an innovative and collaborative team, you will support functional areas across our digital data & intelligence landscape, ensuring operational and tactical decision-making.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Transform strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure their proper implementation.
• Ensure and implement agile methodologies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and ensure high-quality executive-level presentations to communicate strategies and outcomes.
• Act as delivery lead on specific initiatives within the D&I domain
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align departmental goals with organizational goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operations and delivery.
• Oversee the operational tasks of the D&I team, ensuring effective coordination and implementation of projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data and intelligence technologies.
• Provide strategic guidance on data-driven initiatives and projects.
  

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you have:

• A higher educational background within Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or other relevant fields of study.
• Several years of experience in from either consulting or from a global industrial environment
• Experience managing agile processes based on SAFe or similar framework.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and can prioritize appropriately.
• A rational approach to thinking with attention to detail
• Project-, and stakeholder management abilities, enabling you to collaborate with diverse teams.
• A systematic way of handling your assignments, skilled in blending perspectives from diverse inputs to create a comprehensive outline.
• Communication skills that facilitate clear, concise, and effective messaging.
• Ability to work in a global and team-oriented environment, by which you are fluent in English both orally and in writing.
