What we offer
Currently we are seeking a strong Senior Customer Supporter to take care of customers in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and UK out of our office at Budweg Caliper A/S in Odense, Denmark. To be successful in this role you have a commercial mindset and a can-do attitude, and at the same time you value strong, long-lasting customer relationships and know how to build and maintain customer loyalty.
You will be responsible for the daily business and projects, and be the one-point-of-contact for customers. Together with the Sales Director, you develop the business in the named markets.
The right candidate for this role works with a structured approach and follow through on agreed actions to make sure we deliver the best possible customer experience and service. You will operate in the intersection of Sales and Customer Support and be part of both teams, so knowing the importance of team effort is paramount. You will solve tasks independently, but also welcome other sales support tasks for other markets or taking responsibility for commercial projects as part of the job. Together, we get the job done! The role reports directly to the Head of Customer Support, but work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, and for the right person there is the possibility to grow into a role of Account Manager and responsibility for the Nordics region.
These are your specific responsibilities
- Lead onboarding of new customers
- Lead commercial projects
- Solve customer requests on a daily basis
- Execute commercial concepts
- Stay on top of customer contracts
- Maintain customer data and report structure
- Support customer growth
What we are looking for in our new colleague
- Experience in customer service and/or selling technical products
- Experience in customer onboarding
- Experience from working in a B2B setting – ideally within the automotive and/or automotive aftermarket
- Strong customer-driven mindset and commercial acumen
- Experience in dealing with ERP systems and data management and data quality
- Experience in CRM management (ideally Oracle)
- Fluent Danish and fluent written and spoken English, German is a plus
- Excellent skills in MS Excel
