People Consultant

Become an integral part of our highly professional People & Culture team, consisting of 14 People Partners, People Consultants, and People Operation Specialists. You'll be joining a wider group of around 35 skilled P&C professionals. We offer a learning environment where daily development and knowledge sharing are part of our ethos.

In your role, you will manage a variety of People tasks, including driving key initiatives within our HR annual cycle in close cooperation with our People Partners and the business managers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve the entire employee lifecycle including providing guidance on disciplinary cases and managing HR operations.

We are looking for someone with:

• A relevant Master's degree.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a comparable role within a substantial company or conglomerate.
• A comprehensive set of HR skills.
• Experience within People operations are desirable.

You should be dedicated to your responsibilities and enjoy collaborative working in a professional environment, closely aligned with the organisation's managers. Recognising that communication is key in your role, you will target your goals with an open-minded approach.
