NGI, a leading company in hygienic design solutions, is looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to take on a pioneering role in Poland and drive their expansion in Eastern Europe. As the first dedicated NGI representative with a physical presence in the market, you have a unique opportunity to shape the market, build strong customer relationships, and accelerate growth.
This newly established role is a unique opportunity to shape the market, develop strong customer relationships, and drive significant growth. With a strong customer base and significant growth opportunities, Poland is NGI’s largest market in Eastern Europe. Your role is to further develop existing customers while unlocking new business opportunities. As a key player in NGI’s growth strategy, you work independently in the field while collaborating closely with the headquarters in Denmark and the wider sales team.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a strong customer portfolio in alignment with NGI’s product range
- Activate new customers and maximize growth opportunities in a market with strong potential
- Ensure NGI’s independent presence in Poland and take full ownership of market development
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure
- Identify opportunities for upselling and reselling while building long-term customer relationships
- Work closely with NGI’s headquarters and the Danish sales team to implement a coordinated market strategy.
This growth-focused position offers the challenge and opportunity to significantly impact NGI’s expansion in the Polish market.
You have solid experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of delivering strong results — preferably within the food & beverage industry (F&B), the pharmaceutical sector, or technical sales of machinery. You are experienced in solution-based selling of tangible products in relatively short sales cycles and are comfortable managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
As NGI’s first dedicated representative in Poland, you must be comfortable working remotely and independently managing your presence and responsibilities in the field while maintaining a strong connection with the sales team in Denmark. You have a strong business acumen, a structured approach to your work, and the ability to credibly and persuasively communicate the value of NGI’s solutions.
