The Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced senior project manager in Copenhagen, to help us manage the delivery of software development projects across our client portfolio. Our projects currently range from integrated e-commerce solutions, portals, websites, application development to cloud solutions.

We expect that you are flexible, able to understand the client’s needs and have solid experience delivering digital projects, working closely with agile teams and clients and have a proactive approach to your tasks. You will be working closely together with a team of best-in-class project managers, developers, architects and designers located in Helsinki, Copenhagen, Aarhus and Lisbon.

The position as senior project manager is a full-time position with numerous possibilities for growing internally and globally. This is the right role for you, if you naturally take full ownership of your projects and are passionate about delivering value to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, time, and quality – and ensure strong project governance throughout
• Lead discovery and analysis phases to align business goals, user needs, and technical solutions
• Be a servant-leader to your teams, supporting and mentoring team members and driving collaboration across locations
• Apply Agile methodologies and the Kraftvaerk project model to plan, deliver, and continuously improve project outcomes
• Support effective use of Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for planning, tracking, and collaboration
• Build trust-based client relationships through clear communication, transparency, and advisory in digital delivery
• Manage project finances and ensure accurate reporting and risk management
• Participate in pre-sales activities including estimation, quote writing, and client presentations
• Identify and grow business opportunities in existing and future client engagements with support from sales/engagement

Requirements:

• A relevant work and educational background within project management, software development, digital marketing, or the digital solutions space
• Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly in Danish and English
• Experience with digital platforms, Content Management Systems and tools
• Solid organizational skills, including exquisite attention to detail
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to navigate uncertainty and tackle difficult situations with a pragmatic and empathic approachA good facilitator of meetings and workshops
• Basic understanding of software engineering practices and experience design
• One or more known PM certificates like PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe etc. is an advantage
• Comfortable handling multiple clients, projects, and tasks simultaneously, working in a fast-paced environment
