ABOUT THE JOB
As our Commercial Director, B2B, you will be responsible for maximizing client investments, identifying new business opportunities, and securing long-term partnerships. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping our sales pipeline, building key relationships, and ensuring our continued growth in the B2B commerce space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving new business – Collaborate with our Outbound & Marketing team to identify, approach, and engage potential clients.
  • Building strategic relationships – Develop long-term partnerships with decision-makers and industry influencers.
  • Leading sales processes – Own and orchestrate pitch and RFP processes from start to close.
  • Growing our pipeline – Qualify leads and track opportunities to maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Strengthening our market position – Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to IMPACT’s thought leadership through market insights and case distribution.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally – Work closely with sales representatives and other departments to drive success across the organization.

YOUR PROFILE
At IMPACT, we build digital commerce experiences that redefine industries, thus we’re on the hunt for a Commercial Director within B2B to drive our sales strategy and expand our B2B portfolio. If you’re an ambitious sales leader with a deep understanding of complex sales and solution selling, this could be your next big move.

To join our team of IMPACT'ers as Commercial Director, we expect you to have:

  • A proven track record – At least 10 years of experience in sales, with expertise in complex sales and solution selling.
  • A strong network – Ability to engage with key stakeholders and leverage industry connections to generate business.
  • Commercial mindset – Skilled in negotiation, pitch management, and structuring winning sales approaches.
  • Industry expertise – Deep understanding of the commerce industry, market trends, and digital transformation.
  • Goal-oriented approach – Competitive drive to exceed sales targets (20-30 million DKK annually).
  • Collaboration & leadership – Ability to work cross-functionally, facilitating teamwork and aligning efforts with company growth objectives.
