About the position:
As a Product Owner (PO) at Edlund, you will become part of a team, with committed colleagues who possess skills within analysis, UI/UX, and agile software development. You will have a lot of people to spare with, learn from and pass on your knowledge to.
You will join Edlund`s product organization as a member of the PAYMENT team, where you will take ownership of the two products CONTRIBUTION and VALIDATION. The payment team consists of a Business Line Manager, two other Product Owners and a Student-worker.
Primary task
- Product leadership by prioritizing the backlog e.g. new functionality, maintenance and tech improvements, as well as more long-term planning
- Securing customer value, and you are keen on building products with high customer impact.
- Help users with troubleshooting and solving errors in the business aspects of our product portfolio.
- Clarification of workflows and processes with our customers, participate and facilitate customer workshops and other customer-facing activities
- Sparring with Developers, Customer projects, Product Management and others about new development tasks and clarification of existing functionality
- Take part in the development process all the way from requirement, analysis, test, documentation to support

Preferred experiences and competencies:
Be aware, we don’t expect you to be an expert in everything and none of the below bullet points are requirements, but you must have the desire and ability to learn quickly.
- PO experience is desirable, but experience as a business analyst or process consultant can also be relevant. Please elaborate how other positions could be relevant, e.g. analysis of how we best solve the needs taking the existing product into account.
- Knowledge within the payments area, preferably from Life & Pension, but not a requirement.
- A relevant education from, e.g. CBS, ITU, KU, etc. Please elaborate how your studies are relevant to this position.
- Engaging with customers is part of the job, as well as presenting. Please elaborate how this has been part of your previous positions.
- Knowing or having worked with agile software development is an advantage.
- Both English & Danish skills are a prerequisite.
