The purpose of this role is to work alongside the Global DevOps teams and align with its values and practices. The SRE Manager will manage a team of talented analysts and engineers to ensure the new production and test platforms are stable, flexible, scalable, robust, highly available and can handle partial failure without business impact. The SRE team will work alongside the Global DevOps team and will share the same ethos and principles in terms of testing, release management, configuration management and automation.

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our CloudOps team. In this role, you will help design, implement, and optimize cloud-based infrastructure and platform solutions that support our clients' digital products and services. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of developers, QA specialists, and project managers and creatives to build and maintain these solutions. Our client portfolio includes local businesses to large international enterprises, requiring a versatile approach to infrastructure solutions.

Beyond technical implementation, you will contribute to operational excellence, drive automation and best practices, and ensure performance, security, and reliability across environments. Your role will be important in ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and delivering high-quality, cloud-native solutions for our clients.

Location: Copenhagen or Aarhus

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Azure-based infrastructure with a focus on scalability, security, cost and performance
• Manage Azure Front Door, WAF, Web Apps, Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure SQL
• Implement observability and monitoring using primarily Azure Monitor, Application Insights and Grafana
• Automate infrastructure deployments using IaC tooling
• Implement and Optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
• Define and implement disaster recovery strategies and participate in incident management
• Take part in on-call rotation for select clients

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in infrastructure engineering, SRE, or DevOps roles
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including networking, security, and identity management
• Hands-on experience with cores Azure technologies like: Azure Front Door, Web Apps, Functions, Logic Apps, Entra ID, AD B2C and SQL
• Strong automation skills with Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell, and CLI
• Knowledge of CI/CD, release pipelines, using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and security best practices
• Experience working across multi-market, international teams.
• A collaborative, pragmatic mindset—not a lone wolf, but a strong connector.
• Experience with other cloud providers is a plus
