Your role
As a key member of our Life Science Compliance Solutions team, you will:

• Act as a trusted advisor and business partner, guiding clients on compliance and validation in the Life Sciences sector.
• Develop and manage comprehensive compliance strategies in close collaboration with clients, ensuring their business needs are met.
• Lead and manage validation projects with autonomy, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
• Support the implementation of advanced IT systems and technologies to drive digital transformation within the Life Sciences sector.
• Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across cross-functional teams (Business, Quality, IT).

Your qualifications

• A solid consultancy mindset with the ability to think strategically and prioritize client success.
• Proven experience in compliance and validation, ideally with Life Science Manufacturing or Laboratory systems.
• Familiarity with key industry standards and regulations, such as ISPE GAMP5, FDA CFR 21 Part 11, and EU GMP Guide Annex 11.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for business as needed.
• Excellent communication skills, both in writing and presentation.
• A collaborative team-player attitude, with a commitment to sharing knowledge and supporting others.

We are looking for candidates based in Denmark due to the nature of the role and the need for team and project collaboration. Fluency in Danish is not required, but it is an advantage.
