We are looking for a Graphics Specialist to join our Global Artwork and Master Data team.

The Global Artwork and Master Data team is part of the Global Supply Chain organization which is a dynamic & multicultural organization were diverse perspectives and unique insights fuel creativity and growth. You will join a dedicated team of two highly skilled Graphics Specialists and two highly skilled Master Data professionals, all with a strong teamwork spirit and a drive to succeed. This position is mainly operated onsite in Kvistgaard; however, we believe in flexibility and there is an option to partly work from home.
Your Impact:
As a Graphics Specialists you will develop and maintain our portfolio of products, updating Artworks, writing Change Controls, and delivering Print ready files to our Print Suppliers worldwide, ensuring best in class quality and fast turnaround times. Most communication and writing are in English.
Your responsibilities are to:
- Ensure elaboration, approval, and completion of Artwork updates and related Change Controls
- Ensure the timely delivery of our packaging (Primary and Secondary) in best in class quality
- Communicate with Stakeholder and Print Suppliers
- Lead/participate in smaller projects
- Drive or support continuous improvements
Are you our next pioneer?
To succeed in this role your qualifications are:
- Bachelor in Graphic Design or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the biopharma industry and minimum 3 years of work experience setting up packaging materials including delivering print ready files to our Print Suppliers
- Experience with Quality Management Systems and Artwork Management Systems
- Experience managing smaller projects
- Knowledge of GMP methodology and Lean
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for packaging materials
- Knowledge of manufacturing pharma products
- Full proficiency in English (written, spoken, and read)
