Are you an experienced Dispatcher? Then we need you.

You will be a part of our Dispatch department, and will, in close cooperation with 6 colleagues and 130 drivers/couriers, make sure we deliver as agreed with our customers.

The job is full time with shifts 06:00-22:00

Primary tasks

• Motivate, service and coach drivers
• Make sure that all deliveries are done in the most efficient way and in agreement with our policies and standards
• Participate in implementing new procedures and processes
• Maintain positive communication and teamwork with drivers, customers and colleagues,

Skills and personality

• Industry and dispatch experience
• Good knowledge of Jutland/Funen geography
• Written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English
• Proactive and committed
• Team player
• Coaching skills
• Thrive in a high pace environment
