In Supply Chain Planning & Execution, we are seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Professional to handle our downstream supply planning. This role involves detailed SKU-level planning and execution, addressing production challenges and constraints, optimizing planning considering commercial priorities, inventory and demand. You will collaborate with Supply Chain Managers, working with multiple contract manufacturers (CMOs), ensuring reliable and timely delivery.

You will join a department of 6 dedicated colleagues within our larger Global Supply Chain Management organization, having the key responsibility of managing all supply chain related topics and commercial aspects, engaging with our CMOs. We are a diverse team of multiple nationalities, where the every-day atmosphere is characterized by laughter, can-do attitudes and a constant focus on making a difference.

What will be your focus?

• Maintain optimal stock levels, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Plan and coordinate supply chain activities and deliveries from our global network of CMOs, working closely with CMOs and internal teams within Global Supply Chain, Logistics, QA, and Manufacturing to optimize performance
• Act as super user in Ascendis ERP and Planning system
• Participate in S&OP and S&OE processes, executing business strategies and operational goals.
• Engage in IT projects related to planning, data management, business intelligence, and data automation
• Support improvement of planning processes and implementation of efficiency-enhancing technologies and insights
• Collaborate with QA to maintain GxP compliance

Our ideal candidate:

• As our future Senior Supply Chain Professional, you will be able to juggle many tasks, still with a high sense for details and prioritization. You have a highly developed ability to cooperate with multiple stakeholders and thrive in an international environment. Furthermore, you are proficient in English at a professional level, both written and spoken, and you master supply chain tools and systems
• You hold a relevant education within Supply Chain Management
• You have minimum 3 years of documented practical experience in Supply chain planning from the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry, working within planning and ERP in a GxP environment. Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response, Maestro, or D365 is an advantage
