IT Supporter wanted for Queue-it in Copenhagen

On behalf of Queue-it, we are looking for an IT Supporter to start as soon as possible. Queue-it helps the world’s largest brands manage their busiest days. Their virtual waiting room solutions prevent website crashes and bot abuse, ensuring a smoother and fairer online experience for billions of users. Queue-it is a diverse team from over 40 countries, with offices in Denmark, the USA, South Korea, and Australia.
About the Position:
As an IT Supporter at Queue-it, you will play a key role as the first point of contact for all Queue-it employees worldwide regarding 1st line support. You will report directly to their IT Administrator and work closely with another IT Supporter. The primary task will be to maintain IT security standards and ensure seamless IT operations for all Queue-it users. Your main responsibilities will include:
- 1st line support for all users across the organization.
- Maintaining, developing, and coordinating security and cloud setups.
- Coordinating and updating communication platforms and e-tools usage.
- Assisting in maintaining a global overview of security and AI solutions.
- Continuously maintaining and updating guidelines, instructional materials, etc., to ensure high IT standards.

Qualifications:
- A relevant IT education is an advantage but not required.
- Experience in IT support or IT security. Recent graduates with internship or apprenticeship experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (company language).
- Experience with multiple cloud solutions/platforms and programming/scripting skills is a plus.
- Has the ability to undertake multiple tasks and projects at the same time with a detail-oriented and structured approach. You follow up on your agreements and you ensure clear communication to your working relationships and stakeholders in the process.
- Works independently and proactively take on tasks and bring them to the finish line.
Practical Information & Recruitment Process
- Start Date: As soon as possible.
- Working Hours: Full-time with sometimes a need for support outside Danish office hours.
- Remote work: There is an "Office first" policy.
- Salary: Based on qualifications.
- Location: Copenhagen V.
