About Debt Capital Markets:
In Debt Capital Markets, we originate and execute bonds for corporates, public sector clients and financial institutions in the Nordic region and internationally as an integrated part of fixed income in Markets.

The Financial Institutions Group (FIG DCM) is responsible for covering banks and other financial institutions in the Nordic region and several international markets. We are known for our ability to win bond mandates from a wide variety of issuers as the leading FIG DCM House in the Nordic region.

The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our FIG team. You will be responsible for establishing, building and managing client relationships with a portfolio of financial institution issuers as the primary responsible coverage person. In this role, you are expected to drive the business agenda in close collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Identify clients’ needs in terms of raising funding and capital in the debt capital markets and address those needs with specific solutions, often in collaboration with other specialists in or outside the DCM team.
• Be a driver in generating high quality content in client communication that is clear, consistent, and compelling with the help from support staff and input from other groups.
• Support effective and responsible execution of bond mandates as a driver in the deal team taking a project from preparation to the finish line.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications:
We have many different backgrounds in the team, but you should meet the following:

• Experience in Debt Capital Markets or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of and interest in financial markets.
• Great analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, dynamic and highly motivated
• Team player
• Relevant degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
