We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Solution Architect to be a driver of development in part of our customer interaction solutions in Falck A/S. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing comprehensive technical solutions that meet the needs of our organization, with a particular focus on the Ambulance Team.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication to ensure successful system solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring the integration of systems, applications, and processes to optimize our operations and support our growth strategies.

About the job

Ambulance Team Responsibilities:

• Craft effective solutions to complex business problems through collaborative engagement with stakeholders, focusing on dispatch, fleet, and planning areas.
• Understand requirements thoroughly and translate them into scalable, reliable, and secure architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team, guiding them in the implementation of architectural designs and best practices.
• Drive difficult discussions and implement challenging changes to improve systems and processes.

Strategic Planning:

• Evaluate current technology infrastructure and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Develop and maintain a technology that aligns with the long-term business goals of the unit.

Architectural Design:

• Provide architectural oversight to ensure that projects adhere to established architectural principles and standards.
• Collaborate with the architect competency center to define detailed technical specifications and resolve complex technical challenges.

Technology Governance:

• Establish and enforce technology governance processes to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
• Conduct regular architecture reviews and audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with Falck Digital Technology stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable architectural solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise towards different business units across Falck A/S.

Project Management:

• Provide input on project prioritization and resource allocation based on architectural considerations.
• Support project teams by providing architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with architectural plans and within established timelines.

About you Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, with a focus on aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in collaboration and negotiation, with the ability to influence decision-making across different levels of a digital organization.
• Experience with integrations.
• Experience with creation of User Stories from a technical perspective.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a culture of cooperation and innovation.
• Capability to drive difficult discussions and implement challenging changes.
