What you will be doing in this role?

You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and continuous development. As a Financial Specialist at Ellab Benelux, you will play a key role in the finance department, supporting our financial stability and efficiency. Reporting directly to the Finance Director Continental Europe, you will work closely with both our local Benelux team and international colleagues.

Skills and experience you’ll bring to Ellab
Financial Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and local tax regulations.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems, e.g. Business Central) and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

Analytical and Problem-Solving:

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Excellent communication skills in English & Dutch.
• Ability to work effectively with local and international teams.

Organization and Adaptability:

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Experience and Education:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in a financial role, ideally in an international setting.
