In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing inbound and outbound quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving quality enhancements across our operations.
As Quality Supervisor, you will have a variety of responsibilities, including:
Quality Control & Compliance
- Supervise and conduct inbound and outbound quality control to ensure product and material compliance.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, QMS processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and continuously improve quality procedures, manuals, and documentation.
Supplier & Production Coordination
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to address quality expectations and deviations.
- Support claims management and work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Conduct internal and external audits to uphold quality and certification standards.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Document quality deviations, implement corrective actions, and optimize tracking systems.
- Analyze data to reduce quality-related issues and improve efficiency.
- Support regulatory compliance and assist in certification processes.
We are looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor that has:
- strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry best practices.
- experience in quality control, audits, and supplier quality assurance.
- preferably experience with regulatory compliance & certification processes.
The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented and ensures that all documentation and reporting are of the highest quality. They possess strong problem-solving abilities and approach challenges proactively, always seeking effective solutions. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of working cross-functionally, collaborating seamlessly with suppliers, production, and logistics teams to achieve common goals. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for clear and effective communication.
