Our Team
We are a diverse Nordic team of around 80 colleagues in 4 countries, growing steadily. We provide a full range of SAP-based services and solutions for finance organizations, leveraging SAP Financials for accounting, financial reporting, performance management, and corporate governance.

Key Components of Our SAP Financials Solution:

• Financial Accounting & Operations: Optimize accounting processes with SAP FI.
• Enterprise Performance Management (EPM): Measure and drive value from planning and control cycles.
• Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Financials: Optimize investment, project, and asset management processes.
• Treasury and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM): Improve treasury operations and manage financial risks.
• Industry-Specific Financials: Support specialized financial accounting and processing requirements.
• Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC): Increase compliance efficiency and gain profitable insights.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of SAP solutioning experience in onshore projects (preferably in the Nordics).
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance solutions.
• Experience in shaping and delivering complex SAP Finance/Controlling solutions.
• Full lifecycle experience including estimating, planning, and delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Deep business and industry experience in one or more industries.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and their business value drivers.
• Alignment with Accenture values.
• Willingness to learn new concepts and technologies quickly.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Motivated, persistent, and eager to optimize and drive for excellence.
• Passionate about SAP, innovation, and delivering the latest technologies to clients.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills, result-oriented, and highly structured working style.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in a relevant area.
• Proficiency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish).
