Project Manager for Logistics and Commercial Construction in Albertslund/Zealand or Gothenburg

DS Flexhal is looking for a project manager for Albertslund/Zealand or Gothenburg, who will be part of a construction team that carries out turnkey contracts within logistics and commercial construction.
As part of a strong project team, you will have a central role as the project manager for smaller constructions, or you will be co-responsible for large projects in one of the most successful companies in the Danish construction industry.

Your key tasks will include:

• Leading/participating in the management of a construction site
• Defining and clarifying uncertainties in the tender, including possibly identifying and developing alternative solutions
• Designing and choosing the right project solutions in connection with project clarification and method selection
• Ensuring overall authority approvals
• Contracting with subcontractors
• Ensuring the completion of the construction according to agreements on, for example, time, quality, safety, and economy
• Ensuring a well-functioning organization on the project
• Having contact with the client and holding client meetings on smaller projects
• Being responsible for the budget

Success criteria include:

• Projects are completed on time and within the agreed budget and quality
• Actively contributing to close and constructive cooperation with the rest of the project department

Your working days will primarily take place on the construction site, but you will also have a weekly working day at the office in Albertslund or Gothenburg.

Professionally competent project manager who maintains an overview and ensures progress
You have a relevant higher technical education, such as a civil engineer, building constructor, or equivalent, and you know how to properly assemble a building. You have several years of experience in carrying out construction projects in turnkey contracts and have previously handled client contact, project economy, and management of subcontractors.

You work independently with a great overview, and you are recognized for keeping agreements and deadlines. You possess good negotiation skills and have a natural assertiveness.
