Your position
In your new position as in the Engineering & Projects division, you will be a valuable member of the dedicated M&E Construction Team whose mission is to streamline and enhance project execution. You will have the chance to lead initiatives that ensure project compliance and efficiency. Above all, your work will make a real change for the global energy sector.

Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – views do not get any better than this. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel 10-30 days per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As Electrical Construction Coordinator, you will be part of overseeing the development and execution of M&E construction projects.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Developing and following up on technical instructions and construction manuals for site construction teams.
• Participating in project and design review meetings.
• Developing systems to ensure timely follow-up on documentation, including as-built files.
• Assisting in preparing M&E contracts according to FIDIC.
• Preparation of tender documentation for electrical packages.
• Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards, in all activities.

Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and organised coordinator who is passionate about construction management and wants to leave their personal mark on it. You have a detail-oriented approach to your work and are eager to drive project success.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

• Solid experience from a similar engineering role.
• A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of safety standards relevant to construction and engineering.
